How to Measure

for Wedding & Event Dresses

A Bust

Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.A Bust Size

D Shoulder Width

Measure the widest part from left to right.

E Hollow to Hem(for the short dress)

Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note:The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.

F Hollow to Floor(for floor length dress)

Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem.Note:The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.

B Waist

This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.

C Hips

This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. Needless for full gowns.

I bought three dresses for my bridesmaids and they look fantastic! The quality is great and much better value than buying from a bridal shop.
I ordered the wrong size in one of the dresses and they couldn't have been more helpful in changing my order before it was dispatched and keeping me updated on the progress of the order. I would advise that you check your measurements against the size guide before buying as the sizing is different! (Posted on 3/29/12)
